I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S), Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) & SoulCollage® Facilitator. I offer a holistic, trauma informed approach to therapy that focuses on the underlying issues instead of just treating the surface symptoms. Together we will explore internal stressors, attachment styles & trauma to help alleviate emotional pain, expand consciousness, access inner wisdom and awaken your creativity.
I work from a Jungian & Attachment Theory perspective and I integrate Sandplay Therapy, Therapeutic Art, & Play Therapy, modalities that can facilitate unconscious material to come to the surface for processing at a pace that feels right for each client. All forms of Expressive Therapies are a complement to talk therapy and are suitable for all ages, including adults.
Please note I am no longer working with younger children, I am predominantly working with teens and adults and offering play therapy supervision and consultation.

I have experience working with intact, divorced or separated families, military, blended, adoptive and foster families, immigrant and multicultural families, same sex couples, as well as single parents and children raised by their grandparents.
